Zone24x7

Zone24x7 is where I actually learned to ship. I joined in May 2018, straight out of university, and left in December 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer. The project I spent the most time on was designing and building the proprietary, device-agnostic SDKs behind Matrix24x7, a remote monitoring and management platform deployed to close to a million devices for a Tier-1 US retailer's in-store kiosks. I also built an RFID warehousing system for a mobile retail operator, and led the backend team on a computer-vision analytics integration where I pushed Clean Architecture into a codebase that badly needed it.

The part I'm proudest of isn't a single project though. I was a contributing member of SCIENTIA24x7, the company's knowledge-sharing initiative, where I owned and published a daily best-practices mailing digest, ran design-thinking sessions across departments, and mentored new hires and visiting university students on IoT and design patterns. That habit of teaching what I'd just learned followed me to APIIT a year later. Three internal awards came out of this stretch: an Innovation Challenge win, a Best Managed Project award, and a Customer-Centric Innovation award.
