Student Activity Club annual elections system

Group coursework, three of us, building an elections system for a student activity club's annual vote: candidate registration, the actual voting flow, login, and an admin side to run the election.

What made this one different from the degree's other group builds was the formal planning layer sitting alongside the code, a PERT chart mapping task dependencies, a workload matrix dividing the work explicitly across the three of us, and a risk register naming what could go wrong and how we'd handle it if it did.

That planning discipline mattered more here than in most coursework because an elections system has one hard deadline, the actual election, no rolling release. It was an early, small-scale rehearsal for running a real project plan rather than just writing code against a brief.
