TrueStory sold experiences as gifts across three Nordic markets, and Understory licensed the software behind that model to other operators. Four years in one domain, on both sides of it: the product a customer books through, and the platform other companies book on top of. Availability, pricing and cancellation are deceptively hard problems, and I have now hit most of their edges.
